Russell Spears, Advisor of Business Affairs/Performer: (russelllspears@gmail.com) is a disabled veteran of the first Iraq War. After the military, he moved to Pensacola, Florida, and became a priest of the West African cultural system of Orisha/Ifa. He joined Ayinde Hurrey and joined Ayoluwa African Dance Company; a company founded and produced by Hurrey.  Spears also performed several roles in both college and community theaters. Spears, along with his wife, Nielah Spears, are the founders of Performance, Blessings & Jazz, Inc.; a 501(c)3, with a mission "to inculcate ART as a way of life" by providing a stage for young people 8-18 to perform for international audiences.  Russell is currently working with the Florida Department of Transportation. He assists private contractors to find minority subcontractors for projects above $50 Million.
